Qualification Guidelines for Residents

Each application will be scored for any adverse reports. If three or more negative items appear in any reports with no extenuating circumstances (i.e. temporary loss of job, medical reasons, emergencies) the applicant will be denied.

Sufficient to decline the application with only one negative.

If applicant is denied based on credit they may qualify for an additional credit deposit, given that the applicant qualifies with income, references, and background check. 


**Once approved to move forward with renting a property, all funds for move in, including rent and any kind of deposits, and the fully executed lease will be due within 48 hours. Funds have to be paid in the form of a cashiers check.
