Maintenance

• All repairs requests come in work orders unless emergencies involving water, heating or cooling.
• Agent shall not contract for any of said services over one hundred fifty dollars ($150), except in the case of emergency repairs, which the Agent deems necessary for the protection of the property or to comply with state and federal laws and regulations.
• We work closely with the following independent contractor vendors that are licensed/insured or bonded.

General Maintenance	$35 per hour
Plumbing	$65 per hour
Appliance Repair	$70 per trip
HVAC	$75 per hour
House Cleaning	$35 per hour (may not be insured or bonded)
Carpet Cleaning	bid per job
